Dinner - pork, broccoli, eggs, walnuts, olive oil
- Throw ~2.5 pounds of pork steak on a George Foreman grill.
- Chop tops off 3 bunches of broccoli, put in pot with water, steamer basket, and lid. Make hot.
- Walk out to barn, do 5 reps of overhead squats.
- Scramble 4 eggs in olive oil.
- Coarsely chop a cup of walnuts.
- Cut pork to bite size.
- Throw everything in a big container, slather with olive oil, and mix.
- Add garlic salt / salt to taste.
