Lost 11 more pounds in about 2 months, down to my highschool weight

I lost 11 more pounds from June 27th to today, August 13th, totaling 51
pounds in 8 months, or 22.2% of my original weight. The significance is
that I now weigh 179 pounds, one pound below what I weighed in highschool.
I still haven't been exercising as much as I'd like, but I have a good
handle on my diet. I'm sure it doesn't have enough variety to be very
healthy, but it seems to work. It would have been less time, except I
had decided to stabilize my weight, and was successful. I then decided to
loose a little more to increase the visibility of my abs below my navel.
My diet is almost entirely comprised of lots of water, low-fat vanilla
yogurt, chunk light tuna in water with light mayonnaise, egg beaters
(egg-whites), and turkey spam, pretty much in that order. All primarily
protein, little bit of carbohydrates in the yogurt. I need to add
more vegetables. I plan to do this with frozen mixed vegetables, and
baby carrots. When I'm stabilizing my weight, I add some elbow pasta
(macaroni) with 2% cheese, and 2% milk. I also eat some chicken breast,
and have been wanting to try lean ground turkey (which is basically the
same stuff as turkey spam).
My primary goal of my diet was to stop eating things that are obviously
bad for me, and eat mostly protein with a little bit of carbs, and
minimize fat. I haven't counted any calories. It has worked well for me.
