Scrambled Tofu

Years ago I had tofu cubes with soy sauce on them that were very plain and which I found very delicious. Since then I've been trying to replicate this experience. I made scrambled tofu - cooked firm tofu very much the way I cook scrambled eggs. And it came out wonderfully. This will happen again.
