I can't hunt this season.

I've been wanting to hunt really really badly. Mostly deer, with my scoped Remington 700 in .308. I've really been looking forward to this season, which I believe starts tomorrow. Last night I went to the PA Game Commission's website to try to figure out when and where to take the required Hunter's Education course to get a hunting license. I couldn't find any in the future. Today I called. They said that no courses will be offered until after the season. So they require courses and are not providing them and I have to wait a year.
