st. johns wort

I took st. john's wort for I guess a couple weeks, 1 a day. It wasn't helping. Pinkee suggested going up to 2 a day. I haven't been.. taking them regularly. Actually managed to take 2 yesterday for the 1st time in a while. I'm.. discouraged. Thinking more about seeing somebody who can prescribe meds. Pinkee's being really helpful.
I noticed it's been almost a month since my last update. Thank god for my todo file... that's the only reason I had most of the info above. I'm wondering if the st. john's wort is causing me to write less.
