Twisted my Ankle

Saturday 8/4(?) twisted my ankle and crumpled into the street like
a dumbass. I was walking to the gallery with pinkee. It sucked. She
tried to get me to go to a doctor, but I didn't think it was necessary. I asked her what they would do - she said give me anti-inflamatories and wrap it in an ace bandage. Then she gave me anti-inflamatories. I can do a freaking ace bandage if necessary. Didn't feel like dealing with a doctor doing it.
I finally convinced her to not make me go to a doctor, and she started
trying to drag me to south street - which, in my opinion, always involves
a lot of walking. She thought I was just being lazy, not getting out
of bed. It didn't occur to her that my ankle might possibly be in a
state between bad enough to go to a doctor, and good enough to walk on
it a lot. Fortunately, the next day (I think), it was fine.
