I went to rabcon with pinkee on 7/28. rab = rec.arts.bodyart, a newsgroup on piercing, tatooing, etc. So there were some really cool people there. I was pretty confident I'd fit in with the freaks pretty good, and I think I did.
They gave out a bunch of free stuff. I got a pair of goodart 14ga CBRs. On 7/29, pinkee stretched my left lobe from 16ga to 14ga with one of the CBRs. We're planning to put the other one in my other lobe to match. It is interesting to note that before I met pinkee, my only interest in body jewelry was to increase the size of my 1 lobe piercing a bit. I now have a 6ga barbell through my left conch, during rabcon I decided to get my right lobe pierced, and am now considering stretching both my lobes to something like 00ga eyelets.
