If you ever remove the screw from the faceplate of an electrical outlet so you can securely attach a 3-prong to 2-prong adaptor by screwing it down with that screw... and you don't shut off the outlet first... and that faceplate is metal....
Be very careful not to let the faceplate slip and short the prongs of the adapter.
